1-Form-A OptoMOS 繼電器,LCA

這些單極微型固態(tài)繼電器具有常開 (1-Form-A) 觸點。 通過利用光學耦合 MOSFET 技術(shù),可提供 3750 Vrms 的輸入至輸出隔離。 輸出使用著名 OptoMos 架構(gòu),由高效 GaAlAs 紅外 LED 控制。
