模擬負載試驗是飛行器研發過程中進行半實物仿真的必需環節,由于真實負載一般具有裝配結構緊湊、無法長時穩定、維護調校困難等難點。因此模擬負載試驗的研究一直是國內外航空航天領域的熱門領域。伺服機構是飛行器控制系統的執行機構,它根據控制系統的指令信號,實現對飛行器發動機或舵片的推力矢量控制或空氣動力控制,以達到穩定姿態和控制方向的目的。 伺服機構模擬負載平臺是研究和測試伺服系統特性的專用力矩加載裝置,用于模擬飛行器在實際工作過程中所受的慣性負載和摩擦負載,以某型伺服機構的生產研制為背景,為解決真實負載操作復雜,維護困難的問題,為提高設備利用率,節約場地及成本,提出一種模塊化模擬負載平臺。進而實現在實驗室條件下分析伺服機構的負載性能。該平臺具有以下優勢:系統特性穩定,維護簡便,負載性能可調節且易測量,結構設計模塊化
