Isocom 6N139 光電耦合器

6N139 是光耦合隔離器。它由紅外發(fā)光二極管和集成高增益光子探測(cè)器組成,可提供 3000V 直流電氣絕緣、500V/μS 共模瞬時(shí)抗擾水平和極高的輸入和輸出電流傳輸比。用于光電二極管和輸出級(jí)的單獨(dú)引腳可提供 TTL 兼容飽和電壓并允許高速操作。如果需要,可將 VCC 和 VO 端子捆綁在一起,以實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)的光電達(dá)林頓晶體管操作。基本訪問端子允許進(jìn)行增益帶寬調(diào)整。
