氣體壓力傳感器用于監(jiān)測(cè)化學(xué)和物理學(xué)中氣法實(shí)驗(yàn)的壓力變化,如Boyle定律(壓力與體積)和Gay-Lussac定律(壓力與絕對(duì)溫度)。可以使用該傳感器監(jiān)測(cè)各種液體和溶液的蒸氣壓。生物教師可以使用氣體壓力傳感器監(jiān)測(cè)封閉氣氛中的氧氣或二氧化碳?xì)怏w的生產(chǎn)或消耗。

該裝置中的傳感器有一個(gè)薄膜,可隨著壓力變化而彎曲。該傳感器用于測(cè)量絕對(duì)壓力。膜的一側(cè)是真空,而另一側(cè)對(duì)大氣開(kāi)放。傳感器產(chǎn)生的輸出電壓隨絕對(duì)壓力呈線性變化。它包括特殊電路,以大限度地減少溫度變化引起的錯(cuò)誤。
