直流電動機電樞繞組斷線故障的檢查

對直流電動機電樞繞組斷線故障的檢查,可用毫伏表跨接在兩相鄰的換向片上測電壓來確定斷線點(此時應將直流電源施加在兩相對的換向片上)。對各組相鄰的換相片均進行一次測量,一旦發現毫伏表有電壓指示,則說明所接兩換向片間的線圈有斷線現象。

    (1)對于疊繞組出現的斷線,如果屬若干線圈開路,則全部線圈最好均換掉,重繞電樞。如果不重繞,也可將銅線焊到被查出換向片的槽內,以跨接這兩個換向片。還有一種跨接方法是把換向片間的云母片刮去一些,然后在槽內嵌入一條銅線而焊接于換向片上。

    (2)如果是波繞組斷線,由于在四極波繞組電樞中,每一線圈是接在兩個對面的換向片上,故對開路線圈的修理通常采用跨接的方法。
