判斷直流伺服電動機是否退磁,可用一只轉速表配合萬用表來進行,具體連接電路如圖所示。圖中的CB兩端接直流伺服電動機電樞的兩端,A為萬用表直流電流擋,V為萬用表直流電壓擋,M為直流伺服電動機,N轉速表

    檢測時,在電動機低、中、高速時,測得三組電壓、電流、轉速值,然后用下式分別進行衡量

    U=IRm=KeN/100

式中Rm-電動機電樞直流電阻值,Ω;

    N-電動機轉速,r/min

    Ke-電動機反電動勢系數,V·min/1000r。可查表(電動機手冊)

    或向廠家索取。

    如果數據代人上式后基本能夠平衡,則就說明電動機未退磁。

    例如:某電動機的Rm=2.5Ke=80,運轉中測得U=1200VI=480AN=1500r/min,代入上式得

    1200=480×2.5=80×1500/100

    1200=1200=1200

    由于能夠平衡,說明該電動機未退磁。
