采用自耦降壓測量法來檢測三相異步電動機的啟動電流

取一臺降壓啟動用自耦變壓器,將原來的星點拆開,作為三相電源的輸入端,原有的三相電源輸入端子并接成新的星點,輸出端子接電動機(電動機仍作額定接法),按常規將自耦變壓器接入啟動線路。

    若這臺自耦變壓器輸出電壓為輸入電壓的80%,即變比K=1.5,則改變后變比K=5,輸出電壓為輸入電壓的20%。因電動機電流與所加電壓成正比,轉矩與所加電壓的平方成正比,則

    Ist=Ist/K

    例如:用自耦降壓法測得一臺電動機在K=5時,堵轉電流Ist=100A,則電動機在額定電壓下的堵轉電流(不考慮鐵芯飽和因素)為

    Ist=5×100 = 500 (A)

    測量得的轉矩只有原轉矩的4%,借助負載機械的阻力,不難實現堵轉,因測試電流的減小,一臺自耦變壓器最大可測其三倍功率的電動機。

    此外,采用自耦降壓法,電動機堵轉電流是其額定工作電流的0.81.4倍。當測得自耦變壓器輸入端電流為Ist″時,實際的不飽和啟動電流計算式為

    Ist=K2Ist

    在進行上述測量時,測量時間應盡量短,以免電動機線圈過熱使絕緣被破壞而造成損壞。

    上述測量未考慮鐵芯飽和因素,故測得的數據應略小于實際的啟動電流,這一點應注意到。
