整流橋并聯(lián)電路

  在小功率輸出設(shè)計(jì)中,一般很少用到整流橋的并聯(lián),但在某些大功率輸出的情況下,不想增添新的器件而單個(gè)整流橋電流又不滿足輸入功率要求,就需要用到整流橋的并聯(lián)了,整流橋的并聯(lián)不能采用兩個(gè)整流橋各自整流后直流并聯(lián)的方式,也就是不能采用圖的方式,因?yàn)檎鳂驔](méi)有配對(duì),單純靠自身的V-I特性,一般是無(wú)法均流的,這樣就會(huì)造成兩個(gè)整流橋發(fā)熱不一致。而采用圖的方式,通常認(rèn)為在一個(gè)封裝內(nèi)的兩個(gè)二極管是一模一樣,是可以實(shí)現(xiàn)均分電流的效果,所以采用圖的方式就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)整流橋的并聯(lián)了。
