        通訊線的連接

        RS-485通訊線的連接

  RS485通訊線請使用屏蔽雙絞線,通訊線長度不能超過1000米。在通訊線長度大于100米的條件下進行通訊時,為減少反射和回波,必須增加阻值為120歐姆的終端匹配電阻,終端匹配電阻應加在RS485通訊線的最遠兩端。

        RS-232通訊線的連接

  RS232通訊接口位于儀表的背面,它不僅可以和計算機之間進行通信,還可以和串行打印機等外部設備進行通訊。通訊線長度不能超過10米,一般在3米以內。

        電源線的連接

  中儀電子生產的無紙記錄儀(包括黃屏無紙記錄儀、藍屏無紙記錄儀、彩色無紙記錄儀和多功能無紙記錄儀等和類儀表)供電電源為AC85~265V范圍內正常工作。儀表后面板電源接口上N、L接交流電源,GND(FG)是保護地,把GND(FG)接到大地可有效的防止靜電干擾。

  接上電源檢查儀表是否正常,若有異常,請不要連接輸入信號線。

        信號線的連接

  1)熱電阻接線方法:電阻一端接儀表通道D端子,另外兩端接儀表通道B、C端子。
  2)熱電偶接線方法:熱電偶正端接儀表通道C端子,負端接儀表通道B端子。
  3)線性電流0-10mA或4-20mA接線方法:接儀表通道A B端子之間并聯500歐姆或250歐姆的標準電阻,使線性電流轉換為線性電壓,剩下的接法同線性電壓。
  4)線性電壓0-5V或1-5V接線方法:電壓正端接儀表通道A端子,負端接儀表通道B端子。
