儀器儀表接地的十個小技巧

  儀器儀表行業接地也是有研究的,只有正確的接地才能保證測量精度及人身及設備的安全。現列出十個小技巧,能幫助您更好地接地。

  一、控制系統AC 電源應該來自于一個分開的系統,與其他設備和使用分開;

  二、電源在設計時應該考慮到初始電流的沖擊,至少能承受10個周期;

  三、控制系統AC接地應該建立在隔離變壓器或UPS上,或者在附近;

  四、控制系統工作站AC電源應該使用專門的插座;

  五、當連接現場設備電源有幾個I/O接口轉接器時,應該使用隔離柵條;

  六、控制系統AC電源應該由隔離變壓器UPS供給;

  七、當AC和DC輸入連接到同樣的接線排,接線排必以適當的警告標簽標出;

  八、AC接地線應該與載流線型號相當或大一號;

  九、預留一根額外的線 或使用一終端盒,以提供測試點。

  十、接地系統的電阻必須進行測試,以保證接地能滿足控制系統制造商的要求電磁波測試。
