固態繼電器具有過零開關功能

本設計實例是一個固態繼電器(SSR),它能利用雙向晶閘管切換大電流的交流負載(圖1)。市場上有大量簡單的固態繼電器電路,但這個電路可能是最簡單的,它只在交流線路電壓接近零時才導通和關斷。

  晶體管Q2作為鉗位器,在交流線路電壓大約高于15V時禁止晶閘管(SCR)門極驅動電壓輸出。在線路電壓低于該值時,由光耦控制SCR的門極。正向電流流入光耦LED,使電流能從整流后的交流線路流向SCR門極,將其導通。一旦SCR導通,就會有足夠的電流流經橋式整流器,使雙向SCR導通。

  當光耦關斷時,上述電路具有類似的行為:SCR將繼續導通半個周期的時間,但隨著光耦的關斷,一旦交流電壓從下半個周期開始增加,SCR將不再導通。
