三位置使能結構

  三位置使能結構為可在三個位置(OFF-ON-OFF)動作的使能結構。

  三位置使能結構具備如下圖所示的主要特征,對按鈕施加負載,觸點由OFF變為ON,繼續施加觸點則變為OFF,然后釋放負載,觸點則保持OFF狀態復位到原來位置。

  位置#3(OFF)必須具備觸點強制釋放結構,與在緊急情況下的急停按鈕有同樣功能,結構必須符合國際標準IEC-60947-5-5所規定的觸點確實被釋放、電路確實被切斷的安全標準。

  通常只能使用位置#2(ON)與位置#1(OFF),但,在面臨危險的瞬間,松手為位置#1(OFF),相反因緊張而更用力按下時為位置#3(OFF),均能使機器停止。然后,在位置#3(OFF)的狀態下,在稍微恢復安定后,松開手復位到位置#1(OFF)時,也決不會出現即使是一瞬間的ON狀態。由此確保了在安全被確認到之前防止再起動的安全性。
