CAN-232G在松下FP0系列PLC聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的應(yīng)用說

松下FP0系列PLC采用編程口(RS232)和C-NET模塊(RS232/RS485轉(zhuǎn)換模塊)聯(lián)網(wǎng)。

    采用CAN-232G可替代C-NET模塊,該產(chǎn)品并不需改變原有的通訊協(xié)議和軟件,通訊距離擴大到10公里(4800bps時,9600bps時可達5公里),組網(wǎng)的PLC可增至110臺,由于該產(chǎn)品采用了光電隔離,大大提高了系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力和安全性能。關(guān)于CAN總線和RS485的優(yōu)劣比較,可參閱“基于RS232協(xié)議的CAN總線網(wǎng)絡(luò)”,下圖是松下FP0使用CAN-232G組成的主從式通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò):
    這種方式需在FP0的編程口和CAN-232G之間連接一條MD5M/DB9F的轉(zhuǎn)接電纜(型號為:AFC8513),CAN-232G的工作電源可單獨外接或取至FP0的編程口(由AFC8513電纜向CAN-232G供電,用戶需聲明)。
