焊接操作中的不安全因素

1.焊接電源

焊接電源與220380V電力網路相聯,人體一旦觸及該部分電氣線路,就很難擺脫。在進行諸如鋼筋這樣細長件對接焊時,尤其應予注意。因為對焊件細長,往往顧首不顧后,另一端若碰破電線或觸及拉線柱,即可發生事故。

2.焊機空載電壓

焊機設備的空載電壓大多超過安全電壓,但因其一般不是很高,操作者容易忽視。再者,焊工與這部分電氣線路接觸機會很多,時刻離不開焊槍或焊鉗、焊件、工作臺和電線等。因此,焊機的空載電壓是焊接接觸電傷亡事故的主要危險因素。

3.焊機或電纜漏電

由于粉塵和蒸氣的腐蝕或室外工作時受風吹、日曬、雨淋等,使焊機和電纜的絕緣老化變質,出現漏電現象而引發觸電事故。

4.擅自拆裝焊機

操作者不懂電工基本知識的情況下,擅自檢修焊接設備,違反操作規程,隨意拆裝部件或線路也容易造成觸電事故。

5、焊工帶電操作

諸加更換焊條、調節焊電流、整理工件等,通常是帶電進行的。  

6.潮濕環境施焊

    雨天、雪天或在彌漫蒸氣的環境中如果不中斷施焊,使工作服、手套等防護用品及皮膚濕潤,觸電的可能性將大大增加。
