萬用表判斷雙向晶閘管的管腳

萬用表撥至電阻擋R×1 Ω擋,調零。分別測量任意兩只管腳的電阻,出現小電阻時,沒有與表筆相連的管腳是第二主電極T2。假設余下的兩只管腳中的一只為控制極G,另一只為T1,黑表筆接T2,紅表筆接假設的T1,短接T2和G,如果表針偏轉,說明假設正確;如果表針不動,說明假設錯誤,重新假設后重復上述操作。
【職業崗位對接】雙向晶閘管的性能檢測
① 萬用表撥至電阻擋
擋,調零。兩表筆分別接第一主電極與第二主電極,表針不動或微動為正常,調換兩表筆再測,表針不動或微動為正常。
② 萬用表撥至電阻擋
擋,調零。黑表筆接第一主電極,紅表筆接第二主電極,將控制極與第二主電極短路一下后離開,萬用表應保持幾十歐以下的讀數;調換兩表筆,再次將控制極與第二主電極短路一下后離開,萬用表也應保持在幾十歐以下的讀數。對于小功率雙向晶閘管,按以上方法測量,若雙向晶閘管一直保持高阻值,則表明此管無法觸發導通,管子已損壞。對于中、大功率雙向晶閘管,按以上方法測量,若雙向晶閘管一直保持高阻值,則有可能是萬用表提供的電流小于晶閘管的維持電流
,所以晶閘管不能觸發導通。
