涂膜產生失光和泛黃原因分析

1.失光

最初有光澤的涂膜表面在使用過程中光澤逐漸減少,涂膜呈類似云彩那樣的乳白色的現象稱為失光。失光嚴重時,涂膜上會出現微孔,力學性能下降。在靜電粉末涂裝中,涂膜產生失光的最主要原因是不同樹脂類型的粉末涂料之間的干擾造成的。如環氧粉末涂料與聚酯粉末涂料、丙烯酸粉末涂料之間都會相互產生干擾,所以當實際生產中更換粉末涂料品種時,設備不清掃干凈,新舊粉末涂料之間相互干擾,就會使形成的涂膜失光。

2.泛黃

造成涂膜泛黃的主要原因是粉末涂料的烘烤溫度過高,時間過長造成的。有時為提高生產效率,采取提高烘烤溫度、縮短烘烤時間的方法,但如果超過粉末涂料的耐熱溫度就會產生泛黃變色現象,外觀及性能達不到要求,所以一定要控制好烘烤溫度和時間。
