IVAC智能氣缸

IVAC(集成閥和執行機構控制)將閥、流量控制、緩沖器和傳感器結合到單個執行機構包中,形成可提供技術優勢的集成單元。IVAC是一款優化了重量和空間的執行機構,適用于40~80?mm的缸徑范圍,集成閥和磁控開關可完全控制執行機構。它還可以改裝或集成入新的系統內,每個單元僅需一個氣動連接和一個電氣連接,無需多個閥島、組件、管道和配件。

該集成平臺可從多個方面為用戶降低成本。與傳統的氣動系統相比,免用閥門和執行機構之間的空氣管道可將失效量縮至最小,降低50%的空氣消耗,并顯著削減每毫米行程的成本。對于每年運行兩百萬個周期的機器而言,其一年內節省的能源費用便可回報IVAC的產品成本。
