  1、單根電纜不延燃標準試驗法

  將一段被試單根電纜懸置于專用的燃燒器內,作用于電纜處的火焰溫度達到一定值(超過引燃溫度),數分鐘后,撤掉火源,再觀察被試電纜是否自熄。

  2、材料氧指數法

  將一定數量尺寸試驗樣品放入特制的容器中,充滿氮氣,逐步充入氧氣,在不同的氧氣含量下,用規定的方式點火,使容器內試料發生平穩燃燒時氧氣含量稱為材料的氧指數。

  3、電纜貫穿孔洞阻燃考核標準試驗法

  “時間-溫度”變化速度加溫作用于被試電纜一端爐壁貫穿電纜的封堵處理方式,經1-3h加溫后,觀察爐外電纜段師傅不燃或完好,來判別封堵材料的耐燃特性。

  4、成束電纜耐燃性標準試驗法

  與單根電纜不延燃標準試驗法基本原理相同。國內的電線電纜廠已經建成仿照IEC382-2新標準和IEEC-383、ICS-366標準的整套試驗裝置。
