為了避免拉線折斷,一般應(yīng)從以下幾方面來(lái)思考:


(1)挑選適宜拉力的拉線及拉線棒。要依據(jù)拉線接受拉力的巨細(xì),合理地選用拉線及拉線棒。拉線的強(qiáng)度安全系數(shù)與最小截面積應(yīng)契合表中所列值。拉線棒應(yīng)熱鍍鋅,直徑應(yīng)大于16 mm。嚴(yán)峻腐蝕的區(qū)域,還應(yīng)恰當(dāng)添加24mm直徑。

(2)選適宜的資料。應(yīng)選用鍍鋅鋼絞線或鍍鋅鐵線制造拉線,以增強(qiáng)耐腐及抗折斷才華。


(3)設(shè)備方位。拉線不該設(shè)備在車輛、人員易磕碰的本地,不然要在拉線靠路途側(cè)埋設(shè)護(hù)桿。跨過(guò)路途的拉線至路面的筆直間隔應(yīng)契合懇求。
