三相四線制作業(yè)發(fā)電機(jī)組怎么打敗三次諧波電流影響

在三相四線制系統(tǒng)中,兩臺(tái)或多臺(tái)機(jī)組并排作業(yè)時(shí),中性線會(huì)發(fā)作三次諧波環(huán)流,這種諧波電流會(huì)使發(fā)電機(jī)繞組發(fā)熱,下降其輸出功率。因而,要從發(fā)電機(jī)作業(yè)辦法及系統(tǒng)上選用辦法以打敗三次諧波電流的影響,詳細(xì)辦法有以下兩種:
1.在中性點(diǎn)引出線上裝設(shè)刀開(kāi)關(guān):在每臺(tái)發(fā)電機(jī)的中性點(diǎn)引出線上裝設(shè)刀開(kāi)關(guān),以堵截三次諧波電流的環(huán)流回路。
2.在中性點(diǎn)引出線上裝設(shè)電抗器:在每臺(tái)發(fā)電機(jī)中性點(diǎn)引出線上裝設(shè)電抗器,再與接地線聯(lián)接。
加裝電抗器后,有用地綁縛了三次諧波電流。其缺陷是加裝電抗器后致使了負(fù)載中性點(diǎn)的偏移,加大了三相電壓的不平衡程度,下降了單相短路維護(hù)活絡(luò)度。所以,選用裝設(shè)中性點(diǎn)電抗器辦法時(shí),應(yīng)考慮既能使中性諧波電流綁縛在容許方案內(nèi),又能確保中性點(diǎn)電壓偏移不太大。電抗器的額外電流可按發(fā)電機(jī)額外電流的25%挑選,其阻抗值可按當(dāng)經(jīng)過(guò)額外電流時(shí)其端電壓小于十V挑選。
3.在勵(lì)磁回路中加接直流均壓線:因?yàn)闊o(wú)功負(fù)荷分配不均,將在各機(jī)組之間呈現(xiàn)很大的三次諧波電流。在每臺(tái)發(fā)電機(jī)的勵(lì)磁回路中加接直流均壓線,能使無(wú)功負(fù)荷分配趨于均勻,即不致發(fā)作一機(jī)超前、一機(jī)滯后的景象。這么就有利于克制呈現(xiàn)三次諧波環(huán)流。
