蠕動泵如何工作?

蠕動泵是一種用于泵送各種流體的容積泵。流體包含在安裝在泵殼內的柔性軟管或管中。實際的泵送原理,稱為蠕動,基于軟管或管子的交替壓縮和松弛,將內容物吸入泵并將產品推離泵。 


旋轉鞋或滾子沿著軟管或管子的長度穿過,在泵的吸入側和排出側之間形成臨時密封。當泵的轉子轉動時,這種密封壓力沿管道或軟管移動,迫使產品離開泵并進入排放管線。在釋放壓力的地方,軟管或管子恢復產生真空,將產品吸入泵的吸入側,即啟動機構。 


結合這些吸入和排放原理,產生強大的自吸正排量作用。
