實用舉例HI。202獨特巧妙的設計,使它可方便地用于主
功率器件為大功率晶體管供電的直流電動機斬渡調速、PWM正
反轉可逆調速、位置伺服系統以及交流電動機的變頻調速、開關
電源、正弦波逆變電源等領域中取代分立式功率晶體管驅動電路,
使被驅動的功率晶體管高性能地工作。圖】2-24給出了應用
SG3524作為PWM脈沖發生器、用HI4202來驅動的直流電動機
斬波調速系統原理圖。圖中應用SG3524內部的運算放大器構
成閉環調節器,而以其內部的比較器實現了集中過電流保護,因
而該系統具有較好的穩速效果和較大的調速范圍。贏應用中,
HI。202工作的正電源電壓選為9V負電源電壓選為6V,電阻R。
