可調電阻改變輸出電壓的簡單電路圖

在電源輸出端通過串聯一個電阻來調節輸出電壓,僅適用于LED小燈這類小電流負載,大電流負載一般通過調節穩壓電源Adj端電壓來改變輸出電壓。

一例可調電阻改變輸出電壓的電路圖

上圖中電路就是一個采用可調電阻(電位器)來改變輸出電壓的簡單電路。這種電路輸出端串聯有可調電阻RP,無法輸出大電流,負載RL只能是穩壓管、LED指示燈這類小電流負載。

在穩壓電源的輸出電壓不變時,通過調整RP阻值來改變負載RL兩端的電壓。如果將可調電阻RP換成多圈電位器,這種簡單電路還能用于測量穩壓管的穩壓值,三極管的穿透電流,LED燈珠在不同電流下亮度的變化等參數。

如果負載電流較大,那么通過調整電路中電壓取樣電阻,可以改變輸出電壓的大小。

上圖中三端穩壓IC型號為LM317,由于LM317的輸出端與Adj端之間有一個1.25V的固定電壓,如果R的阻值固定不變,則流過R的電流為恒定電流,其大小為1.25V/0.24KΩ=5.2mA。

由于R與RP為串聯關系,則流過RP的電流也為5.2mA,只需要調節RP的阻值即可改變輸出電壓的大小。
