怎么判斷光電耦合器的好壞?

光電耦合器,又稱光電隔離器或光耦合器,即為光耦。耦合媒介為光,通過光信號傳遞實現輸入和輸出之間的電隔離器件,可以在電路和系統之間傳遞信號,同時可以確保這些電路和系統之間的電絕緣。

光電耦合器的好壞判斷

以光電耦合器4N25為例,可用兩塊萬用表判斷光耦好壞。

首先拿一塊萬用表,將撥碼撥到R×100Ω檔位,測量光耦的4、5腳,其正反向電阻應為無窮大,否則是壞的或性能不佳。

用這塊萬用表的黑表筆接光耦的5腳,紅表筆接4腳。然后,另外一塊萬用表撥到R×1Ω檔位,黑表筆接1腳,紅表筆接2腳,可利用萬用表內部電池電壓點亮光耦內部的發光管,此時4和5腳之間的電阻應該變得很小,把接在1和2腳的萬用表撤掉,4和5腳的電阻又會恢復無窮大,在把1和2腳的表筆調換,4和5腳之間的電阻為無窮大,則說明光耦是好的。

將接在1和2腳的萬用表的電阻檔位增大,R×10Ω或R×100Ω,此時4和5腳之間導通且阻值在不斷變大。隨著萬用表的電阻檔位增加,電阻檔位工作的電流減小,則流過光耦1和2腳的電流減小,使光耦內部的發光管亮度降低,同時光敏管的導通電阻增加,因此說明光耦可以正常工作。
