軟啟動器的安裝接線方法與原理

軟起應安裝牢固保證外殼接地,一次接線:R.S.T為進線端,U,V.W為出現斷,另有PE端應可靠與主PE排接地。二次接線:根據客戶要求針對說明書選擇相應的控制方式,最簡單常用的方式是:將啟動和停止信號端子短接起來,中間加一個啟動繼電器的NO點與COM相連接。當NO點閉合軟起啟動,當NO點斷開,軟起停止運行。

另有旁路接線端子,接旁路接觸器線圈。還有故障接線端子,一定要搞清楚故障點是開點還是閉店,如果是閉店還要加一個故障繼電器。

軟啟動器只在電機啟動和停止的時候工作。電機完成啟動過程后投入旁路,旁路接觸器吸和電機通過旁路接觸器供電。軟啟動器通過控制內部晶閘管的導通角使電壓在一定的時間內(可調)線性上升至額定電壓,減小電機在啟動和停止時對電網的沖擊。
    
另外在軟起的上端或下端可能會加隔離接觸器,在設計時要保證隔離接觸器比軟起先啟動比軟起后停止,啟動時差最少要保證0.1秒,停止時差應大于軟啟動時間0.1秒,(因此在設計時要加斷電延時繼電器)否則軟起不能軟停且報故障,此時也可將軟起停止方式選擇為:自由停車予以解決。
