旋轉粘度計的原理介紹

    旋轉式粘度計是用于測量液體的粘性阻力與液體動力粘度,廣泛用于測定油脂、油漆、塑料、食品、藥物、化妝品、膠沾品等各種流體的粘度。

    旋轉粘度計的工作原理:


    1、運行原理:


    測定時,內筒和外筒同時浸沒在鉆井液中,它們是同心圓筒,環隙1.17 mm。當外筒以某一恒速旋轉時,它就帶動環隙里的鉆井液旋轉。


    由于鉆井液的粘滯性,使與扭簧連接在一起的內筒轉動一個角度。根據牛頓內摩擦定律,轉動角度的大小與鉆井液的粘度成正比,于是,鉆井液粘度的測量就轉變為內筒轉角的測量。


    轉角的大小可從刻度盤上直接讀出,所以這種粘度計又稱為直讀式旋轉粘度計。


    2、測量原理:


    ①剪切速率與轉速的關系: 1 轉/分(常用rpm表示)= 1.703 s-1;


    ②刻度盤讀數q(q 為圓周上的度數,單位可略去)與剪切應力t(單位為Pa)成正比。當設計的扭簧系數為3.87?10-5時,兩者之間的關系可表示為:t = 0.511 q (Pa)。
