門尼粘度計的構(gòu)成原理是怎樣的?

    門尼粘度計屬轉(zhuǎn)動型粘度計,是根據(jù)流體力學原理設(shè)計而成,下面我們對其測試原理作簡單介紹。


    在100℃試驗溫度下經(jīng)過1分鐘預熱后,渦輪、蝸桿在電機帶動下開始轉(zhuǎn)動;


    轉(zhuǎn)子(直徑38.10mm、厚5.54mm、轉(zhuǎn)速2r/min。)隨之開始轉(zhuǎn)動,轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動將引起模腔內(nèi)試樣的剪切變形;


    同時轉(zhuǎn)子本身也受到橡膠試樣的反抗剪切力矩,此力矩通過蝸桿傳遞到彈簧板。


    根據(jù)彈簧板變形量大小,在百分表上顯示出來,因此百分表上的數(shù)值既是彈簧板變形量的大小,又是轉(zhuǎn)子對膠料剪切的扭轉(zhuǎn)力矩。


    每0.083N.m(0.846Kg.cm)轉(zhuǎn)動力矩是一個門尼粘度值,百分表上有100格即100門尼粘度=0.083N.m(84.6Kg.cm)


    同時彈簧的變形量還可以通過差動變壓器(一種位移傳感元件)進行記錄。


    當彈簧發(fā)生變形,變形所產(chǎn)生的位移經(jīng)差動變壓器變成電訊號被放大后用計算機記錄下來,試驗完成。


    門尼粘度計應符合ZBN 72024的各項規(guī)定,它由轉(zhuǎn)子、模腔、溫度控制系統(tǒng)和轉(zhuǎn)矩測量系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。
