矢量控制的原理

    矢量變頻器變頻器技術是基于DQ軸理論而產生的,它的基本思路是把電機電機的電流分解為D軸電流和Q軸電流。
    矢量控制技術通過坐標變換,將三相系統等效變換為M-T兩相系統,將交流電機定子電流矢量分解成兩個直流分量(即磁通分量和轉矩分量),從而達到分別控制交流電動機的磁通和轉矩的目的,因而可獲得與直流調速系統同樣好的控制效果。
    矢量控制系統采用雙閉環控制系統,圖1是其矢量控制系統框圖。
    本系統中由測量所得的電機轉速,通過矢量運算器產生磁場定向定子電流分量給定值和滑差角頻度給定值和測量所得的電機轉速經過積分運算可得轉子磁通位置角θ,并送至旋轉變換環節。由測得的電流經矢量變換得到轉矩電流分量iM和勵磁電流分量iT。
