正確使用毛細管粘度計

  毛細管粘度計按結構、形狀可分為烏氏、芬氏、平氏、逆流四種。它們測定的樣品粘度是運動粘度。已廣泛地運用在石油、化工、輕工、機電、國防、交通、煤碳、冶金、醫藥、食品、造紙、紡織、科研、高等院校等單位。正確使用毛細管粘度計,對確保產品質量和科研數據的準確是很重要的。

  一、洗滌及烘干

  使用前必須將粘度計洗凈,一般先用能溶解粘度計內殘留物的溶劑反復洗滌,再用酒精或汽油洗,然后用發煙硫酸洗或重鉻酸鉀洗液浸2-3小時,用自來水沖洗,蒸餾水沖一下,放入烘箱,升溫至150oC左右即可,或在自然溫度下倒置數天,蒸干為止。

  二、裝油(除烏氏直接從粗管子倒入外)

  用帶有小嘴的橡皮球(洗耳球)或注射器連結粗管子上小玻璃管,左手拿著粘度計,并用食指堵住粗管子口,將粘度計倒過來,把有毛細管的長玻璃管伸入樣品內,拉動注射器,把樣品吸到第二個圈線(使液面與圈線相切),然后豎起來即可。逆流裝好后,用夾子夾緊乳膠管,套在吸樣品的管子上。

  三、恒溫及調垂直

  把裝好樣品的粘度計放到恒溫槽架子上(夾子上),把毛細管左、右、前、后調垂直,在測定溫度下恒溫10分鐘,開始測定,記下到第二圈線間流出時間,一般選行三次(去掉不正常)取平均數。

  四、可用毛細管內徑、測樣品粘度范圍
