有關馬弗爐的分類與操作

    馬弗爐又稱為高溫電爐,箱式電爐,其實是一種通用的加熱設備。馬弗爐根據(jù)其加熱元件、使用溫度和控制器的不同有以下幾種分類:


    (1)按加熱元件區(qū)分有:電爐絲馬弗爐、硅碳棒馬弗爐、硅鉬棒馬弗爐;


    (2)按使用溫度來區(qū)分:1000度以下箱式馬弗爐,1100度~1300度馬弗爐(硅碳棒馬弗爐),1600以上用的是硅鉬棒馬弗爐;


    (3)按控制器來區(qū)分有如下幾種:PID調(diào)節(jié)控制馬弗爐(可控硅數(shù)顯溫度控制器),程序控制馬弗爐(電腦時溫程控器);


    (4)按保溫材料來區(qū)分有:普通耐火磚馬弗爐和陶瓷纖維馬弗爐兩種。


    馬弗爐操作規(guī)程:


    (1)接通電源,將馬沸爐在相對低的溫度(100℃)下進行預熱十分鐘;


    (2)將所需高溫的物品放入相應的坩堝中;


    (3)調(diào)節(jié)溫度按鈕至所需溫度,達到溫度后,將裝有物品的坩堝用專用鉗送入爐堂內(nèi),并迅速關閉爐門;注意手不得進入爐堂以免燙傷,必要時需戴好防護手套;


    (4)如需要中途調(diào)溫,應小心調(diào)節(jié),手不得接觸爐體,以免燙傷;


    (5)如需中途將物品取出時,需用專用鉗取出,同時面部應避于一旁,以免高溫灼傷臉部。
