分析污水流量計故障的幾種原因

  污水流量計廣泛應用于石油、化工、冶金、輕紡、造紙、環保、食品等工業部門及市政管理,水利建設、河流疏浚等領域的流量計量。污水流量計隨管道埋敷在地下,傳感器具有IP68防護結構,轉換器安裝在外表箱或室內,兩者經過電纜銜接,因為地上沉陷,山區環境濕潤等現場狀況的改變,傳感器和轉換器未完全做好電纜接頭處的防潮(防水)等處理.恰逢該接頭處于一個濕潤的環境,如外表井、電纜溝等,潮氣侵入電纜接頭等。
  污水流量計的故障:
  1、勵磁線圈對地絕緣下降,形成丈量成果偏小;
  2、勵磁回路電纜銜接處觸摸電阻變大,使轉換器的勵磁回路處于非恒流作業區域,勵磁電流下降,相同形成丈量成果偏小,若該觸摸電阻不穩定,則丈量值呈現動搖。
  3、信號線對地絕緣下降,引起信號衰減,終是丈量成果偏小;
  4、信號線勵磁線對地絕緣功能下降,使得丈量成果遠大于正常的數據,如這種攪擾不穩定,對熱水流量計外表的影響也改變不定,繼而呈現動搖;
  5、信號電纜銜接處觸摸電阻變大,使丈量值變小,若該觸摸電阻不穩定,則丈量值無法穩定,且易引入攪擾。
