溫度儀表故障診斷

  在工業行業的使用主要是測量、指示和控制機械等系統的溫度,溫度儀表出現故障會對整個系統產生影響。

  溫度儀表發生故障時,在進行故障判斷前我們要首先注意一個問題,即系統內采用的溫度儀表是否多采用電動儀表測量、指示和控制溫度,如果答案為肯定的,那么就代表這個系統儀表的測量量具有一定的滯后性。

  溫度儀表系統通常來說不會出現極限指示值,因此一旦出現或小溫度值,一般可以判斷為溫度儀表系統故障。溫度儀表系統是很少出現突然性變化,這是源于系統自身的滯后性,因此突然性溫度值變化多半是熱電偶熱電阻、補償導線斷線或變送器放大器失靈。

  溫度儀表在使用是如果表現出溫度值的快速振動,多數是因為控制參數PID的調整不當。溫度儀表如果出現緩慢的波動,則引發原因大多是工藝操作問題,若工藝操作原因被排除,那么就是溫度儀表發生故障。

  溫度儀表系統本身的問題一般表現為控制信號無變化,根據這些控制信號的情況可以判斷故障所在,系統調節閥輸入信號不變則調節閥膜頭膜片泄漏、系統調節閥定位器信號不變則定位器本身故障、系統調節器輸出信號故障則調節器本身故障。
