集成運算放大器的組成結構

集成運算放大器由輸入級、中間級、輸出級和偏置電路組成。
輸入級:具有很高的輸入電阻,能夠減小零點漂移和抑制干擾。輸入級都采用帶恒流源的差分放大電路。
中間級:具有很高的電壓放大倍數,通常采用帶恒流源的共射放大電路。
輸出級:驅動負載,要求輸出阻抗低,帶負載能力強,通常采用互補對稱電路或設計輸出器構成。
偏置電路:為各級放大器提供靜態工作點,由鏡像恒流源等電路構成。
