    熔融指數(shù)儀實測與設(shè)定值相差大,在非聯(lián)機狀態(tài)下,可以通過程序來設(shè)定和校準(zhǔn)。


    筒體松動,筒體上卡簧斷裂;這時應(yīng)該更換新的卡簧,把它安裝好。


    熔融指數(shù)儀砝碼架卡死,不能移動,且絲桿上下轉(zhuǎn)動有大的響聲,定位銷與接近開關(guān)的扳手卡死;


    這時應(yīng)該松動定位銷,位置定好后再緊固,并在絲桿上涂抹黃油保養(yǎng),于是異常響聲消失。


    熔融指數(shù)儀砝碼變載機構(gòu),砝碼與壓料桿有間隙,脫節(jié),位移不準(zhǔn);


    解決方法:先選擇1.0Kg砝碼,把活塞桿降到zui低位置;


    打開機器上面加載系統(tǒng)的側(cè)板,調(diào)節(jié)固定螺釘,使活塞桿與球沒有間隙。


    熔融指數(shù)儀砝碼變載機構(gòu)不能動,電機帶不動,螺紋出現(xiàn)錯位,電機皮帶松;


    通過一邊的內(nèi)六角螺絲可以調(diào)整皮帶,使其緊固。
