耐震壓力表的壓力表現形式

  耐震壓力表適用于環境劇烈振動場所,可耐受介質的脈動,沖擊及突然卸荷,儀表指示穩定清晰。廣泛應用于機械、石油、化工、冶金、礦山、電力等部門,測量對銅和銅合金無腐蝕性介質的壓力。
  震壓力表的壓力表現形式:
  1、壓力,被側介質作用在容器表面面積上的全部壓力稱為壓力,用符號pi表示。用來測量壓力的儀表,稱為壓力表。
  2、大氣壓力,由地球表面空氣柱重量形成的壓力,稱為大氣壓力。它隨地理緯度、海拔高度及氣象條件而變化,其值用氣壓計測定,用符號pd表示。
  3、表壓力,通常壓力測量儀表是處于大氣之中,則其測得的壓力值等于壓力和大氣壓力之差,稱為表壓力,用符號pb表示。
  4、真空度,當壓力小于大氣壓力時,表壓力為負值,其值稱為真空度,用符號pz表示。
  5、差壓,設備中兩處的壓力之差簡稱為差壓。生產過程中有時直接以差壓作為工藝參數,差壓測量還可以為流量和物位測量的間接手段。
