晶體管輸出特性曲組的三個工作區(qū)

  輸出特性曲線是指當(dāng)基極電流IB為常數(shù)時,輸出電路(集電極電路)中集電極電流IC與集—射極電壓UCE之間的關(guān)系曲線IC=f(UCE)。在不同的IB下,可得出不同的曲線,所以晶體管的輸出特性曲線是一組曲線。晶體管有三種工作狀態(tài),因而輸出特性曲組分為三個工作區(qū)

  (1)放大區(qū)

  輸出特性曲線的近于水平部分是放大區(qū)。放大區(qū)也稱為線性區(qū),因為IC和IB成正比的關(guān)系。對NPN型管而言,應(yīng)使UBE>0,UBC

  (2)截止區(qū)

  IB=0的曲線以下的區(qū)域稱為截止區(qū)。IB=0時,IC=ICEO(很小)。對NPN型硅管,當(dāng)UBE<0.5V時,即已開始截止,但為了使晶體管可靠截止,常使UBE<0,截止時集電結(jié)也處于反向偏置(UBC<0)。

  (3)飽和區(qū)

  當(dāng)UCE

  在飽和區(qū),IC和IB不成正比。

  當(dāng)晶體管飽和時,UCE≈0,發(fā)射極與集電極之間如同一個開關(guān)的接通,其間電阻很小;當(dāng)晶體管截止時,IC≈0,發(fā)射極與集電極之間如同一個開關(guān)的斷開,其間電阻很大,可見,晶體管除了有放大作用外,還有開關(guān)作用。
