步進(jìn)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制線路

根據(jù)步進(jìn)式伺服系統(tǒng)的工作原理,步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制線路的功能是,將具有一定頻率 、一定數(shù)量N和方向的進(jìn)給脈沖轉(zhuǎn)換成控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)各相定子繞組通斷電的電平信號(hào)。電平信號(hào)的變化頻率、變化次數(shù)和通斷電順序與進(jìn)給指令脈沖的頻率、數(shù)量和方向?qū)?yīng)。為了能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)該功能,一個(gè)較完整的步進(jìn)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制線路應(yīng)包括脈沖混合電路、加減脈沖分配電路、加減速電路、環(huán)形分配器和功率放大器(見圖),并應(yīng)能接收和處理各種類型的進(jìn)給指令控制信號(hào)如自動(dòng)進(jìn)給信號(hào)、手動(dòng)信號(hào)和補(bǔ)償信號(hào)等。脈沖混合電路、加減脈沖分配電路、加減速電路和環(huán)形分配器可用硬件線路來實(shí)現(xiàn),也可用軟件來實(shí)現(xiàn)。
