如何避免MY/LY系列繼電器燒毀

  1.故障現象:繼電器內部燒毀。

  2.故障原因:

  (1)AC 線圈的繼電器線圈上加DC 電壓,線圈發熱,可能造成燒損。

  (2)繼電器輸出負載過大。

  (3)在線圈上加過大電壓,超過線圈的最大容許電壓,可能使線圈燒壞,或發生局部短路。

  3.注意事項:

  (1)使用繼電器前,確認繼電器輸入電壓類型。

  附繼電器線圈額定值表:

  (2)連接負載時,確保繼電器接點負載在規定范圍內:

  MYJ 接點額定值

  LYJ 接點額定值

  (3)確認繼電器線圈額定電壓以及最大電壓。

  注意:最大容許電壓是可以加到繼電器線圈上的電壓的最大值,而不是連續容許值。
