  液態(tài)鏡頭模塊是一種受電子控制的可變焦系統(tǒng)。

  康耐視是首家在固定式和手持式工業(yè)條碼讀碼器中均應(yīng)用液態(tài)鏡頭技術(shù)的公司。

  液態(tài)鏡頭采用兩種等密度液體,油是絕緣體,而水是導(dǎo)體。電壓變化會(huì)導(dǎo)致兩種液體界面的曲率發(fā)生變化,該變化會(huì)反過來致使已安裝的光學(xué)鏡頭焦距發(fā)生變化。

  優(yōu)勢(shì)與有用性

  液態(tài)鏡頭的主要優(yōu)勢(shì)體現(xiàn)在其耐用性(無移動(dòng)部件)、反應(yīng)時(shí)間短、光學(xué)質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)、耗電量低以及體積小等方面。

  液態(tài)鏡頭在安裝、設(shè)置和維護(hù)時(shí)無需打開讀碼器并手動(dòng)接觸鏡頭,因而操作非常簡(jiǎn)便。相對(duì)其他自動(dòng)聚焦裝置而言,這種液態(tài)鏡頭的反應(yīng)速度極快。在讀取隨工件變化或因工件轉(zhuǎn)變而變化的距離時(shí),這樣鏡頭也非常適用。

  大多數(shù) DataMan 條碼讀碼器均采用此技術(shù)。下面的表格概述了 DataMan 光學(xué)選件。
