  據(jù)教育部科技發(fā)展中心網(wǎng)站消息,吉林大學(xué)研制的新型視覺AGV及自動(dòng)物流運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)日前通過由吉林省科技廳主持的鑒定。
  與同類系統(tǒng)相比,該成果具有六大突出優(yōu)勢(shì):一、路徑設(shè)置簡單、靈活、成本低;二、可實(shí)現(xiàn)高頻率的路徑識(shí)別;三、采用圖像處理技術(shù),克服了埋線磁導(dǎo)航和激光導(dǎo)航的AGV多工位、多分支路徑識(shí)別的難題;四、采用圖像識(shí)別技術(shù),為設(shè)計(jì)多輸入反饋?zhàn)顑?yōu)導(dǎo)向控制器提供了經(jīng)濟(jì)且有效的途徑;五、更好的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性;六、車輛具有自動(dòng)避障、自動(dòng)報(bào)警、自動(dòng)上線和無線通訊等智能功能。
  據(jù)了解,該系統(tǒng)對(duì)于提升我國各類企業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化物流水平、促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)模式向柔性或準(zhǔn)柔性生產(chǎn)組織模式的轉(zhuǎn)化、提高企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭力和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益都具有重要意義。
