檢測儀表故障的八種方法

  1.直觀法

  憑手、眼、耳、鼻來直觀找出故障部位。如:斷線、虛焊、元件碰,插件接觸不良,元器件過熱、打火冒煙、有焦糊昧、機械傳動部件缺油磨損、間隙過大或軋住、異常響聲等。

  2.電路參數(shù)測量法

  用萬表測量電路各點的電壓、電流、電阻值,與正常值比較來確定故障部位,必要時可與新的整機比較來判斷故障。

  3.替換法

  對懷疑的部件、插件、可用正常的同類件替換其工作,目的主要是縮小故障查找范圍,有故障的元件可在替換中發(fā)現(xiàn)。

  4.測試儀器檢查法

  使用專用測試儀器對儀表整機或部件進行測試,常能有效的查出障,并能提高修理質(zhì)量。

  5.切斷法

  把可懷疑電路從整機或單元電路中切除,逐步縮小故障查找范圍,如工作電流過大或有短路故障,可把一部份電路從整機中斷開,看電流變化來判斷這部份電路是否正常。

  6.訊號尋跡法

  根據(jù)待修儀表,選用不同的訊號發(fā)生器輸出的訊號,或人為干擾及階躍訊號輸入儀表,逐級觀測訊號在電路中的傳輸情況,如電壓或波形,來判斷故障。

  7.波形法

  用示波器觀測儀表電路和部件的波形,并與正常波形比較來判斷電工作是否正常。

  8.短路法

  對于干擾、自激等故障,可把電路中某兩點暫時短路。短路后故障消失,說明故障在短路點之前,反之則在短路點之后查找。欲短路的兩點之間若直流電位不同,應(yīng)通過適當(dāng)容量的電容器短接。
