溫度儀表故障判斷思路

  現場使用的溫度儀表大致可分為就地和遠傳兩大類。

  就地的有液體溫度計、雙金屬溫度計、壓力式溫度計,這些溫度計有故障是很明顯的,通過觀察大多能發現問題所在,對癥更換或修理即可;壓力式溫度計及雙金屬溫度計的機芯結構與彈簧管壓力表基本相同,可按彈簧管壓力表的修理方法進行修理。

  遠傳的有:輸出熱電勢信號的熱電偶、輸出電阻信號的熱電阻。其出現故障的可能有:斷路,短路,接地,接觸不良、變質。這兩類溫度計可用歐姆定律來判斷,就很容易找出故障產生的原因。由于溫度參數有較大的滯后性,即溫度值的變化是要一定時間的,這一特性也有助于我們判斷故障。
