樣氣的取樣點設在循環氫壓縮機出口管線 ,樣氣為循環氫與新制氫的混合出口處,混合氫氣經過換熱器與加熱爐升溫,與其他輔料一起流入反應器,取樣點的氫氣純度要求在 80-100%,當濃度值偏低時,會增加反應器結焦的趨勢,降低反應器中催化劑的活性,影響反應器中產品的質量。

因為內部和外部因素的影響,我們要在氫氣純度分析儀的 前端,做好氣體采樣系統 。對溫度、壓力、流量等因素的考慮,保證熱導分析儀測量 的穩定性。
