  圖像傳感器是一種常用的傳感器,圖像傳感器的匪類也是比較多的。最新的背照式圖像傳感器是一種新研發的技術,今天小編就來為大家具體介紹一下背照式圖像傳感器的優勢。

  背照式(BSI)圖像傳感器是指采用從背面對傳感器進行照明,即采用背面照度技術(BSI)的傳感器。采用BSI構建像素,光線無需穿過金屬互連層。然而,這仍然對光路徑帶來一些限制,幸運的是,促使FSI技術不斷改進的許多知識和技術進步可以直接應用于BSI技術,從而為提高BSI性能打下了堅實的基礎。

  BSI的主要優勢是能夠使電氣組件與光線分離,使光路徑能夠被獨立地優化,反之亦然。而且,這無需在金屬層或光導管中創建一個孔徑,從而消除了入射光的損耗機理。其最終結果是BSI能夠獲得更高的QE。BSI圖像傳感器超越傳統FSI器件的另一個主要優勢是像素的光堆疊高度更低。但應當注意的是,相比具有光導管的FSI架構,這一優勢并不明顯,這是因為對于后者,由于光線在互連堆疊的頂部聚集,并由光導管限制和導引到光電檢測器表面,有效光堆疊高度也會減小。
