N型熱電偶與K型熱電偶相比有哪些優缺點

 N型熱電偶的優點:
  -高溫抗氧化能力強,長期穩定性強。K型熱電偶鎳鉻的正*中Cr、Si元素擇優氧化引起合金成分不均勻及熱電動勢漂移等,在N型熱電偶增加Cr、Si含量,使鎳鉻合金的氧化模式由內氧化轉變為外氧化,致使氧化反應僅在表面進行;
  -低溫短期熱循環穩定性好,且抑制了磁性轉變;
  -耐核輻射能力強。N型熱電偶取消了K型中的易蛻變元素Mn、Co,使抗中子輻照能力進*步加強;
  -在400~1300℃范圍內,N型熱電偶的熱電特性的線性比K型好。
  N型熱電偶的缺點:
  -N型熱電偶的材料比K型硬,較難加工;
  -價格相對較貴。N型熱電偶的熱膨脹系數要比不銹鋼低15%,因此N型鎧裝熱電偶的外套管應采用NiCrSi/NiSi合金;
  -在-200~400℃范圍內非線性誤差較大。
