振動傳感器的工作原理是什么?

  振動傳感器有振動位移、振動速度和振動加速度傳感器。


  簡單地說,振動位移傳感器(常用電渦流傳感器)根據振動位移變化與輸出電壓的變化關系,振動速度傳感器根據相對運動切割磁力線產生電壓的變化,振動加速度傳感器根據形變與電荷的關系。


  速度傳感器通過硬件或軟件積分可以得到位移,加速度傳感器通過一次積分可以得到振動速度,二次積分可以得到振動位移。


  因為需要測量加速度,所以必須有振動加速度傳感器。


  位移的測量:如果是非接觸測量間隙的變化,必須用振動位移傳感器(電渦流傳感器);如果是接觸測量,可以用加速度傳感器通過2次積分得到,也可以采用速度傳感器1次積分得到,具體使用何種方式,取決于測量對象。一般情況,如果包括齒輪或滾動軸承,使用加速度傳感器,否則用速度傳感器。
