電氣設計中容易被忽略的開關的靈敏度校驗

當低壓配電系統(tǒng)長距離供電時,很多電氣人員都只關注線路電壓降的校驗,因此導致供電線路末端發(fā)生單相接地故障時保護開關不能可靠動作,電氣設計在線教學狄老師,從而引起電線電纜或設備絕緣損壞,嚴重時可能會引發(fā)電氣火災等危害等。

為什么會這樣的呢?因為很多電氣人員僅僅進行線路電壓降校驗而忽視保護開關的靈敏度校驗。

正確的做法是:對于低壓配電系統(tǒng)長距離供電的線路,不僅要校驗線路電壓降,也應對保護開關的靈敏度進行校驗,以保證供電線路末端發(fā)生單相接地故障時,保護開關能夠可靠動作,以消除可能的火災隱患。

當保護開關靈敏度不滿足要求時,采取以下措施提高保護開關的靈敏度:

1)減少相保回路阻抗,增大單相接地故障電流。

2)采用帶接地故障保護的保護開關。

3)選擇額定電流較小的保護開關。
