    熱敏電阻是敏感元件的一類,其電阻值會隨著熱敏電阻本體溫度的變化呈現(xiàn)出階躍性的變化,具有半導(dǎo)體特性。
  
    熱敏電阻按照溫度系數(shù)的不同分為:  正溫度系數(shù)熱敏電阻(簡稱PTC熱敏電阻)
                                     負(fù)溫度系數(shù)熱敏電阻(簡稱NTC熱敏電阻)

PTC是Positive Temperature Coefficient 的縮寫,意思是正的溫度系數(shù), 泛指正溫度系數(shù)很大的半導(dǎo)體材料或元器件。通常我們提到的PTC是指正溫度系數(shù)熱敏電阻,簡稱PTC熱敏電阻。
PTC熱敏電阻是一種典型具有溫度敏感性的半導(dǎo)體電阻,超過一定的溫度(居里溫度)時(shí),它的電阻值隨著溫度的升高呈階躍性的增高。
 
PTC熱敏電阻根據(jù)其材質(zhì)的不同分為:  陶瓷PTC熱敏電阻
                                   有機(jī)高分子PTC熱敏電阻

    目前大量被使用的PTC熱敏電阻種類   ?  恒溫加熱用PTC熱敏電阻

    一般情況下,有機(jī)高分子PTC熱敏電阻適合過流保護(hù)用途,陶瓷PTC熱敏電阻可適用于以上所列各種用途。
