電子連接器的材料

材料的選擇是綜合考慮加工性、產品適用性和強度性能; 電子連接器的成本取決于材料的價格、加工的難易程度和生產效率; 電子連接器材料主要包括絕緣體材料(塑料原料)、導體材料(磷銅、黃銅); 電子連接器常用的工程塑料材料有:LCP、NYLON、PBT。

電子連接器的材料

  1. LCP

  線膨脹系數小,注塑收縮率低,強度和彈性模量非常突出,耐熱性極佳,負荷變形溫度高,有的可高達340度以上,LCP還具有耐化學性和耐空氣性 密封性性能優異,所以一般連接器特別是需要SMT的連接器首選LCP材料,例如:MINI PCI EXPRESS;  DDR。

  2. 尼龍

  成本低,抗拉強度高,耐磨性和自滑性突出,流動性好,有利于薄壁成型,但收縮嚴重,易產生毛刺,成型前需嚴格烘烤,防止發生水解。 一般連接器,尤其是DIP,多采用NYLON材質,例如:PCI 120P;  PCI EXPRESS。

  3. PBT

  成本低,強度高,抗摩擦性好,但成型性差,收縮嚴重。 由于熔化溫度低,波峰焊時會發生塑料熔化。
