激光焊的特點

    工業激光器作為一種高效可靠的生產工具已被廣泛應用,在某些領域中,激光焊接已經成為一些傳統的焊接方法的替代技術(如電阻點焊和電弧焊),這是因為激光焊接具有其獨特的優點:

    ①熱輸入量小、深寬比大,因此熱影響區小,工件收縮和變形較小。特別適于精密零件及熱敏感性材料的焊接;

    ②焊接具有連續性和可重復性;

    ③焊道窄且表面質量好,焊縫強度高(剛度增加同時焊縫尺寸減小,與不連續電阻點焊相比具有較高的靜載強度和疲勞強度);

    ④對于準確定位的焊縫易于實現自動化;

    ⑤可實現異種材料的焊接,能對鋼和鋁物性差別較大的材料進行焊接;

    ⑥激光束控制(包括分時控制)比較靈活,可借助于偏轉棱鏡或光導纖維引到難以接近的部位進行焊接,是其他焊接方法不易實現的;

    ⑦焊接速度通常比其他焊接工藝快;

    ⑧焊后焊縫無需清理;

    ⑨激光焊與電子束焊相比,突出的優點是沒有真空系統,也沒有X射線的危害。

    激光焊接也存在一定的缺點:

    ①焊接淬硬性材料時易形成硬脆接頭;

    ②合金元素的蒸發會導致焊縫出現氣孔和咬邊;

    ③對工件的裝配、夾持及激光束的精確調整要求相對較高。
